Course Objectives
Familiarizing participants with the foundations, rules and principles of the water management system and the foundations of the operation and maintenance of the system.
Enabling participants to acquire the water management system monitoring skills to manage water distribution efficiently and effectively.
Providing participants with in-depth skills of managing work team, and skills of coordinating, follow-up and mentoring to ensure the continuity of the distinguished service to the public.
Providing the participants with the skills to manage emergency centers, coordination and liaison between units and officials on an urgent basis.
Empowering participants to practise evaluations of the system, the team and the staff so as to ensure improvement the service to the public.
