Course Objectives
Familiarizing participants with modern concepts in the management and evaluation of community-based initiatives and their role in mobilizing the energies and capacities of society in supporting local action.
Preparing and rehabilitating municipal council members and municipal administrators to launch community-based initiatives that meet the needs of the local community and have its support and enhance citizens’ responsiveness to the municipalities and motivating their democratic behaviour.
Empowering participants to be able to select effective community-based initiatives and how to set up the team entrusted with the implementing, managing and evaluating of initiatives.
