Trainer policies

The standards every trainer agrees to when delivering a CORETR program.

Professional conduct

Trainers represent CORETR to our clients. We expect respectful, impartial and professional behaviour towards participants, client staff and venue teams at all times.

Quality expectations

Programs are delivered as agreed in the approved outline and customisation session. Changes to content or schedule are agreed with the CORETR coordinator in advance.

Confidentiality

Information about clients, participants and their organisations is confidential and may not be shared or used outside the program.

Trainers must hold the rights to the materials they use or have permission to use them. Materials are submitted for review before delivery according to the agreed timeline.

Communication

All communication about scheduling, logistics and the client relationship goes through CORETR unless agreed otherwise.

Attendance and punctuality

Trainers arrive before the session starts, keep to the agreed timetable and report any delay to the coordinator immediately.

Appearance

Dress is business professional unless the program or site requires specific clothing or PPE.

Detailed procedures, templates and payment instructions are available to contracted trainers in Trainer access.
